"It is a cheerful, friendly and welcoming home and there is always something going on or being organised by the staff which is always very inclusive of everyone should they wish to join in. I have found the care and understanding shown to my relative by the staff extremely considerate. The managers handling of any situation which has included my relative had been outstanding and I have been kept up to date regarding any issues arising"

"My mother has been a resident at Alton House for the past three years. During this time she has been looked after in caring and sensitive manner by the staff. A recent event involving my mother demonstrated to me that the staff are prepared to go above and beyond to care for their residents. My mother is grateful for the care she receives and says she is happy and well cared for and couldn't wish for a better place to be living in. The manager is excellent and over the time my mother has been a resident, has helped me resolve issues as they have arisen in a professional manner.
