“The service received an overall rating of ‘Requires Improvement’, however the Inspector awarded a rating of ‘good’ for being "caring" and "responsive".
Our management team and staff are deeply committed to maintaining and improving the quality of the care that we provide, therefore we value the feedback received from the Inspector and have made the required changes to ensure that our service is compliant with standards set by the Care Quality Commission. We fully expect to achieve a ”Good” rating when next inspected.”
